"All credit to the players we put out. The youngsters gave us the enthusiasm and bags of energy," The Blues boss said after the 2-1 success. "Mistakes were made but this was to be expected in what was a typical fourth round FA Cup tie. "No one is more enthusiastic about the Cup than myself and when I came to the club I stated it was my ambition to win the trophy. "Birmingham, after all, are the only big club never to have won the Cup and perhaps with a little luck this could be our season. "I was particularly pleased to see Mikael Forssell score. He had a little luck but he is one player who deserves some luck after all he has gone through. "All I hope is that he can remain injury-free for the rest of the season. If that happens he will score a few more goals for us and be a vital member of the side. "We now have to go up the road to Stoke and this is a good opportunity to progress and give our fans something to shout about."
