Taylor - Unusually nervous with the balls coming across the face of his goal, and probably his poorest Blues game.
Tebily - Gave his all, and will never please all Blues fans, but will always give 100%.
Kenna - Handled unusual position very well and got a goal. Reception from the fans after returning from stiches was richly deserved.
Purse - Similar to his Spurs performance in truth - defensively sound, but dreadful distribution at times.
Cunningham - Still not quite at his best, but efficient today against some decent strikers.
Johnson - Another who failed to live up to his usual high standards, but still competed well.
Dunn - Another superb performance, with certain skills that light up the game. An answer to England's left-side of midfield problem?
Hughes - Took his first team chance well again, and in his first choice position too.
Clemence - In and out of the game, but got a goal and did effective job in front of the back four.
Forssell - Quiet on the whole, but linked up fairly well with Morrison and Dunn.
Morrison - A good performance again, but in his running and hold-up play. Perhaps another goal or two will really bring him out of his shell.
SUBS:
Carter & Kirovski - both came on in injury time to waste time, and so don't really deserve a comment.
Subs Not Used: Bennett, Cisse, John
