Taylor - Several world-class saves, and couldn't be faulted for the goals.
Tebily - Really struggled; expect Blues to be in the market for a right-back come the transfer window
Clapham - Played well, and returning to form, especially as an attacking threat late on.
Cunningham - Started superbly, but questionable organisation at set pieces on several occasions.
Upson - Not his most convincing performance, and looked shaky at times, but by no means poor.
Dunn - Grew into the game and began to look like the player that we saw at the start of the season; tremendous energy in the latter stages.
Lazaridis - Needs to get himself in better positions, and was anonymous in the second half. .
Cisse - Struggled to fit into a team chasing the game.
Clemence - Not his best game, and seemed to tire a lot towards the end with sloppy mistakes.
Dugarry - Poor early on, but by the end was the key to Blues' hopes of getting back into the game; excellent second half performance.
Forssell - Always a threat, and unlucky to be denied late on by Kiely.
SUBS:
Hughes - Played his part in Blues' threatening to get back into the game.
Morrison - Good movement, but First Division touch.
John - Didn't touch the ball in his brief appearance.
