Blues Res 0 - Bradford City Res 2

Striker Kevin Sanasy scored two first half goals for the Bantams to end Blues' recent unbeaten run which had stretched to three games.

In a scrappy game where Blues had four players booked - Purse, Johnson, Capaldi and Allen - the only difference between the two sides were two defensive errors.

Bradfords first goal came courtesy of an error by keeper Andy Marriott. The recent signing from Barnsley flapped at a cross and the ball went out for a corner and from this Sanasy headed home from about 6 yards completely unchallenged.

Bradford doubled their advantage after a mix-up between Vickers and Marriott allowed Sanasy to nip in and score into an empty net.

Andrew Barrowman had two second-half strikes well saved by Magnusson but all in all Blues lacked any real punch up front.
