| 1. I was born in Wolverhampton in 1945 and joined Blues as an apprentice in June 1961. |
| 2. I signed professional forms in 1962 and made my Blues debut on my nineteenth birthday. |
| 3. I made nearly 400 senior appearances for Blues and was twice voted the club's "player of the year" in 1970 & 1973. |
| 4. I left Blues in 1976 for North American Soccer League side Portland Timbers and 3 years later retired to become a soccer coach at Oregon State University. |
