Steve Bruce recently talked about his delight after completing the signing of five top quality players that Bruce had wanted to get this summer, and thanked the board for their great ongoing support. The five players that have recently been confirmed…

1) Emile Heskey (from Liverpool)

2) Julian Gray (from Crystal Palace)

3) Jesper Gronkjaer (from Chelsea)

4) Muzzy Izzet (from Leicester)

5) And last but no means least Mario Melchiot (from Chelsea)

All of those five players have now officially signed for Blues and will appear in the media with Blues shortly.

New signing “Gronk” yesterday passed a medical with “flying colours” and has returned to Denmark until he meets up with his new colleagues this Saturday ready for Blues’ tour of Germany, Emile Heskey will also join up then.

Mario Melchiot, Julian Gray and Muzzy Izzet are already training with Blues, and photographs would suggest that they’re all having a great time, and settling in very well with their new team mates.
