Manager Steve Bruce has told Sky Sports that should the right offer come in for the 33-year-old former Trinidad and Tobago international then the club will allow him to leave St Andrew's.
Yorke joined Blues in the summer of 2004 from Blackburn Rovers but has failed to command a regular place in Bruce's starting eleven and he has become frustrated at his lack of games.
The Blues boss has added two more strikers to his squad during the transfer window in Robbie Blake and Njazi Kuqi and with Clinton Morrison and Emile Heskey in fine form at the moment Yorke's chances of even commanding a place on the Blues bench now look less likely.
