The Blues left back has spent a successful two month loan spell at London Road and will remain with Barry Fry's side until the beginning of April.
"Tom signed for another month on Thursday morning, but this will be the final loan spell he can have at London Road this season," Peterborough manager Barry Fry told his clubs official website.
