Onandi Lowe opened the scoring in the 30th minute although his night turned sour as he was sent-off for a second yellow card offence 5 minutes into the second half.
Andrew Williams doubled the score from the penalty spot in the 71st minute.
The victory for the Reggae Boyz took them to the top of the group on goal difference and almost certainly booked their place in the quarter finals of the competition.
