Nico, who signed for the Gills on a one months loan deal on Christmas Eve, has played in the last two first division fixtures but Blues have not given the Kent based side permission to play him in the cup tie on saturday for fear of him becoming cup-tied. "What I have made clear is that once the month is over, that's it. "I don't want to be going to another club for a month, then another one," Nico told the B'ham Evening Mail. "The games for Gillingham will hopefully get my confidence up and the gaffer will then take me back and regard me as in contention."
The Belgian keeper has also indicated at not extending his stay at the Priestfield once his one months stay is up.
