Upson gets late England call-up - again!

The blues centre-back was left-out of the original 24 man squad named by Sven-Göran Eriksson on Sunday evening for the games against Macedonia in Skopje on the 6th September and Liechtenstein at Old Trafford on Setember 10th.

However, following injury problems in the England squad Eriksson has once again turned to Upson for defensive cover.

Blues now have eight players on full international duty this weekend.
