Fans of all clubs are determined to make their voices heard but it is United fans who are leading the way in their televised home game with Fulham on Saturday, which kicks-off at 12.30pm.
Independent Manchester United Supporters Association chairman Mark Longden says that the fans blame the Premier League and Football Association for the situation. "The current Premier League contract finishes at the end of next season," Longden told BBC Sport Online.
"What we want to try and ensure is that the people who negotiate the deal state that at least 50% of every team's home fixtures must be played on a Saturday at 3pm."
Do you feel too many games these days are being played away from the traditional and preferred 3pm Saturday slot?
A website has been set up with an on-line petition at www.3pmsat.co.uk
Supporters aren't looking for EVERY game to be played at the traditional time, but they ARE asking for a good percentage of them.
This campaign is being supported by many fans up and down the country but don't leave it to someone else.
Visit the website www.3pmsat.co.uk and sign the petition.
