Two Teams Beaten In Friendlies

In the game against Rangers in aid of Kevin Gallen's testimonial at Loftus Road, one Blues side were beaten 2-1.

Gallen himself opened the scoring for Rangers on 51 minutes before former Blues striker Paul Furlong doubled the home side's advantage twenty minutes later.

Jermaine Pennant scored what proved to be just a consololation goal for Blues from the penalty spot in stoppage time.

At London Road the scoreline was the same with Blues being beaten 2-1 by Posh.

Trevor Benjamin and Danny Crow put the home side two goals up within the first 12 minutes.

Clinton Morrison pulled a goal back for Blues ten minutes before half time.
