The Northern Ireland international, who has kept ten clean sheets so far this season, is still technically a Fulham player although part of the season long loan deal was that should Blues stay in the Premiership this season he would be offered a permanent contract with the club.
"The clubs agreed on a price before I came so that won't change," Taylor told Sky Sports News.
"As long as we maintain our Premiership status it will just be left with me to agree with the club on a contract.
"I'm really enjoying it at the moment. Its a big club, the support is fantastic and the club have shown a lot of ambition.
"Its certainly the kind of place you want to play your football at."
