However, a statement on the Fulham official website reads: "Contrary to reports on the Birmingham City official website, we can confirm that although talks have taken place between Fulham FC and Birmingham City FC regarding the loan of Maik Taylor, a suitable agreement is yet to be reached."
Blues have responded to this statement by admitting that the deal isn't yet finalised but they anticipate it to be concluded early next week.
