Blues recently disclosed that they had made a bid for the 19-year-old England Under 21 striker but that it had been rejected by the Bluesbirds. "We are talking with Birmingham after we were told we could do so by Cardiff. So from that you can presume they have agreed terms," Finnigan told skysports.com. "At this moment they are the only club we are talking with or have been told we can talk with. "We would expect Cameron's future to be decided by early next week."
However, Jerome's agent, Tony Finnigan has told Sky Sports that Blues have now been given permission to speak with the highly rated striker about a possible move to St Andrew's.
