The Blues and Northern Ireland Under-21 international midfielder, who moved to St Andrews from Harrow Borough in January, has agreed in principle to a season long loan deal with the Brewers, who are managed by former Blues striker Paul Peschisolido
"He is a forward and he is a talented boy," Peschisolido told the official Brewers website.
"He has got a lot to prove, he has got an eye for goal and is a very skilful player.
