Stelios was booked during the second half of the game on October 25th for an alleged dive in the penalty box after a challenge from Blues full-back Olivier Tebily. But on Wednesday, a whole 10 days after the game, the yellow card was taken back.
The St. Helens official also booked Blues midfielder David Dunn for a similar offence during the 1-0 win at the Reebok after he too was alleged to have dived in the penalty area after a challenge by Bolton defender Ivan Campo. Dunn's yellow card however was rescinded just two days after the game.
Work that one out!
