The Blues winger, who has been linked with a possible move away from St Andrew's ever since relegation was confirmed last weekend, insists he will be staying at the club.
"Birmingham gave me my chance. I tried to repay that on the pitch and I will look to repay it by staying," he has said.
"I have a contract at Birmingham so I will not be asking to leave. I will not be asking to jump ship, so if anything happens it will be out of my hands.
"You can't beat the Premiership, everyone wants to play there. All I can do is play my football and hopefully help the team get back in it."
