Blues are 18th in the Premier League table just one place and two points better off than Fulham so a point at Craven Cottage would all but condemn the London side to relegation with just one game remaining after Saturday's fixture. "Fulham are now in a situation where they must win the game, whereas in the last two or three weeks I'm sure Roy Hodgson has said to them 'you've absolutely nothing to lose, just go for it'. "Maybe they'll be thinking about things differently but I don't really concern myself about the opposition, I'm more interested in how we approach it. "If the players come off the pitch and the Birmingham fans are applauding their performance levels that's all you can ask for. We'll attack, but you've got to play to your strengths as well. "If I had Ferdinand and Vidic at the back then I could probably go all guns blazing knowing that I've got extreme pace there. So you have to play according to the players you have at your disposal."
"We're going down there to win although not winning doesn't rule you out, depending on other results," McLeish has said.
