“First and foremost we need to stay in the Premier League,” the Blues boss told the clubs official website, www.bcfc.com.
“But depending on our position at Christmas or in February we can start to make plans.
“There are already some provisions in place although I understand there are a couple of snags with housing and all the rest of it around the ground still be dealt with.
“But certainly it's fair to say we’re making provisions to make the stadium complete, but it’s ultimately down to our success and being in the Premiership.”
