The FA cup third round tie finally got underway at 3.35pm after numerous attenpts to fix the problem.
This was the second time in twelve months that Blues had suffered a power failure - the Arsenal game at St. Andrews last January was also delayed because of the same problem.
Speaking to Tom Ross on the Capital Gold Radio phone-in after the game against Rovers, Bruce said: “We’ve all got to look into the delay. It was disappointing.
“That’s three times in total it has happened now. Twice it has happened in 12 months.
“I’m sure we will look into and see exactly what happened. We all know the stand is in poor condition, to say the least, but we’ll try and review it and do the best we can.”
