An offer of £800,000 is believed to have been made by the Yorkshire side for Blake, who only joined Blues from Burnley during the January transfer window.
"We have had an offer from Leeds for Robbie Blake. We are considering it and talks are on-going," said Blues boss Steve Bruce.
"Robbie has done well for us but he wants to play more and at Leeds he would probably play every week."
