The 27-year-old Czech Republic midfielder has signed a season long loan deal at St Andrew's with a view to making the move permanent at the end of that term.
Jarosik has not figured in the Chelsea first team squad this season but did play a full ninety minutes for their Reserves side against Tottenham last week.
