Blues goalkeeper Maik Taylor along with midfielder Damien Johnson were both named in the Northern Ireland starting XI for their 2010 World Cup qualifier against San Marino.
Both Taylor and Johnson completed the full ninety minutes as Nigel Worthington's troops ran out comfortable 3-0 winners at the Stadio Olimpico in Serravalle.
Full back Stephen Kelly, who is on loan at Stoke City for the remainder of the season, played the full ninety minutes in the Republic of Ireland's 2-1 home win against Georgia in a 2010 World Cup qualifier at Croke Park, Dublin.
Elsewhere, Blues' centre-back Radhi Jaidi also completed the full ninety minutes for Tunisia in their international friendly match against Holland in Tunis which ended in a 1-1 draw.
Midfielder Seb Larsson made a fleeting appearance for Sweden by playing the last 14 minutes of their 2-0 international friendly away win against Austria and Hameur Bouazza was also used as a second-half substitute for Algeria in their 2-1 home win against Benin.
