Media reports this week have suggested that Blues were lining up a bid for the 25-year-old Wales international as a possible replacement for Matthew Upson, who is still to sign a new contract at St Andrew's.
However, Bruce has denied these reports by telling the Birmingham Evening Mail that no offers have been made for Upson, who still has three years to run on his present deal, and that the England centre-back is going nowhere.
Bruce has also insisted that he is not interested in signing Gabbidon!!
