They will be appearing at Birmingham's Irish Centre in Deritend on Tuesday March 15th (7.30pm) for a pre-St Patrick's Day evening of chat and banter.
Giles, the former Manchester United, Leeds United and Republic of Ireland midfielder, will top the bill. Giles ended his career in the Midlands with West Bromwich Albion, a club he later managed.
Jennings, the former Spurs and Northern Ireland goalkeeper, Givens (Blues & Republic of Ireland) and Nicholl (Northern Ireland) will join Giles as special guests for the evening which will include reminisces about their playing careers and a question-and-answer session.
Further entertainment will be provided by Birmingham's popular Bob Brolly Band.
The evening is open to all and tickets, which are for a suggested donation of £12, are available from the Dougie Brown Benefit Office on 0121 446 3645.
Brown, who has played international cricket for both Scotland and England, joined Warwickshire in 1990, made his debut for them in 1992 and was a key member of the squad that won six domestic trophies in three seasons between 1993 and 1995.
He was also the only survivor from the 1995 County Championship-winning side who helped Warwickshire lift the title again last season.
