Senegal play top-of-the-table Mali in El Menzah and a win would see them top Group B and give them a clash with Guineau in the quarter finals. Anything other than three points is likely to see Senegal finish as runners-up and a quarter final clash against in-form hosts Tunisia in the last eight on saturday.
Cisse, however, was not included in the Senegal squad for the game against Mali having picked up a booking in each of the two previous group games.
Senegal v Mali can be seen live on British Eurosport TV at 1pm GMT with highlights on BBC Three at 7.15pm and BBC Two at 12.20am.
