Duo On The Mend

Winger Lazaridis returned to training at Wast Hills towards the end of last week after seven weeks out with a thigh injury and could come into manager Steve Bruce's team plans for the cup clash against Fulham on Wednesday night. Stan's last appearance for the side was way back on 24th August when Blues recorded their only league win this season against Manchester City at St Andrew's.

Meanwhile, central midfielder Muzzy Izzet has returned to full team training this week having missed the last two games with the knee injury he picked up in the home draw with Newcastle earler this month.
