The young Blues keeper has been on loan with Colin Lee's side for almost a month now but has revealed that he is keen to stay at The New Den when his initial one month loan deal comes to an end after Millwall's game against Championship table-toppers Reading at the weekend.
"Being stuck in the reserves at Birmingham was not nice," he told Millwall's official website.
"Coming to Millwall meant playing first-team football and I jumped at the chance.
"At the moment I'm here until after the Reading game but I hope to extend the deal.
"This is so much better than playing in the reserves."
