The England Under 19 international defender initially joined The Iron on an initial one month loan deal back in August but that was extended to January.
However, Scunthorpe have now confirmed that Pearce will remain on loan at Glanford Park for the remainder of the season.
Pearce has made 14 starts and 1 substitutes appearance for the Iron this season and has scored one goal.
