The Blues midfielder picked up his fifth yellow card of the season in the FA Cup 5th Round tie at Stoke on Sunday, 19th February and so will now serve an automatic one game ban.
The one game ban begins seven days after the fifth card is received so Clemence's suspension began on 26th February.
He was available for selection for Blues game against Sunderland last Saturday although he failed to make the 16-man squad.
