“If some think we are among the favourites, you have just got to get on with it,” said the Blues boss.
“It’s something I’ve had throughout my career since I started in the game as a youngster, with the clubs I played for.
“I imagine it’s good because people on the outside think you’ve got good players so it’s a positive thing.
“We’ve got to believe in each other and the lads should have belief in themselves because they are good players."
