Blues coach Mark Bowen revealed on Saturday that the club could not contact Cisse to find out his where-abouts, but Cisse claims that he had rung the offices at Wast Hills and was told to report for training on July 10th.
Cisse was one of eight first-team players ordered back for pre-season training ahead of other members of the squad because of their lack of first team action towards the end of last season.
