Carter Completes Baggies Switch

The 21-year-old midfielder has now agreed personal terms on a three year deal and has finalised an inital £1.5million move to The Hawthorns.

As part of the deal Albion will pay Blues a further £250,000 based on Carter's number of first team appearances and the Baggies staying in the Premier League this season.
