Bruce brought the 24-year-old Dutch winger to St Andrew's on a free transfer last summer but just one year and 12 appearance's later he had his contract at St Andrew's cancelled by mutual consent.
Now, just twenty-four hours after leaving Blues, De Ridder has moved to the JJB Stadium on a three year contract as a free agent.
