Just last week co-owner David Sullivan said it would be difficult for Blues to hold on to Bruce should he ever be be offered the post of either Newcastle, Man Utd or even England manager but Bruce has said he just wants to concentrate on doing the job he has at St. Andrew's. "Of course, you can never say never. If England came knocking then it does turn your head. "I have really enjoyed my two and a half years here and I believed I have just started here. I hope I have just started here.
"I want to get on with the job. I am happy where I am at Birmingham City," Bruce has said.
"I have seen Mr Sullivan's quotes about Manchester United, Newcastle and England and it is quite flattering. I get a bit embarrassed by all that.
"I do believe we have made great strides and I want to continue the work that I have started."
