The Blues boss, who has twice before this season been nominated for the award, face's competition from Championship rival managers Mick McCarthy of Wolves, Preston boss Alan Irvine and Neil Warnock of Crystal Palace for the November manager of the month.
McLeish led Blues to three wins, two draws and just one defeat last month which has kept Blues in prime position for automatic promotion this season.
The winner of the award will be announced on Thursday, 4th December and can be seen live on Sky Sports News at 1.20pm.
