The 23-year-old has spent the last two years in Sweden with Orebro SK.
Bedoya said: "I am very happy and grateful about this opportunity."
Speaking on his club's official website, oskfotball.se, Bedoya added: "It will increase my experience, motivation and confidence for the future.
"Hopefully I can prove I have the qualities to convince, but most importantly it gives me a chance to see where I stand compared with some of the best players in the best league in the world."
