Blues fined £5000

The fine was handed out after a mass brawl involving players from both sides during the Premiership clash at Villa Park.

Blues won the game 2-0 but Villa had two players sent-off, Dion Dublin for head-butting Blues midfielder Robie Savage and Joey Gudjonsson for a second bookable offence after an appalling tackle on Blues centre-back Matty Upson.
