Blues will travel to Stamford Bridge to take on last season's Premier League runners-up on Saturday, August 11th.

The first home game of the season will be against Sunderland on Tuesday, 14th August.
Other fixtures of note are the two local derby games against arch rivals Aston Villa. The first of these will take place at St Andrew's on 10th November with the return fixture at Villa Park on 19th April 2008.
On Boxing Day Blues will entertain Middlesbrough at St Andrew's whilst the last game of the season will be at home against Blackburn Rovers on Sunday, 11th May 2208.
