The Blues co-owner, commenting on Sky Sports News on the proposed Lee Bowyer transfer, confirmed that manager Steve Bruce is keen to strengthen the central midfielder area before the season starts in August, although he refused to name potential targets.
Sullivan re-iterated that Bowyer had been their number one midfield target and a fee had been agreed with Newcastle for the 28-year-old schemer.
However, following recent events the deal was now only "a 10% possibility", Sullivan admitted.
On another note, Sullivan remains pesimistic on any deal being concluded for Uruguyuan striker Walter Pandiani.
Whilst 'The Rifle' is keen to secure a permanent move to St Andrew's, Sullivan rates the chances of that deal being finalised at just 20% with Blues unable to agree a fee with Pandiani's Spanish club Deportivo la Coruna.
