The Bears squad will include Pakistan fast bowler Waqar Younis, England batsman Nick Knight and former South African fast bowler Allan Donald.
The game at Moseley Cricket Club's ground in Streetsbrook Road, Solihull, is on Monday, 14th July and begins at 5pm.
Admission to the game is by programme with a donation of £3 for adults and £1 for kids.
