Former Blues and Sunderland goalkeeper Jim Montgomery and one-time Manchester United midfielder Norman Whiteside will make the draw at the FA's Soho Square headquarters on Monday at 1.30pm.
The quarter final draw can be seen live on Sky Sports News and BBC Two tv and can be heard live on Radio Five Live.
