This was the first of what the 3PMSAT campaign hopes will be many at football grounds across the country.
5,000 placards bearing the number '3' and with details of the protest on the reverse were handed out to supporters sitting in the lower tiers in the corners and behind the goals.
The placards were held up whenever the play came near them, ensuring maximum coverage on Sky's Premiership Plus and other football TV shows.
