David Cotterhill's second half winner gave Blues another valuable three points against Town.
"There is no secret. We have just given the players a chance and a fresh start," the Blues boss said after ther match.
"Our methods and philosophy are transferable to any level.
"We give the players confidence and we have had some continuity. We have had a settled team and they have grown in confidence together.
"We have also worked them a lot harder and demanded more from them and we are now much stronger and fitter."
"We have a good squad and some good players and we have moulded them into a team. We've put round pegs in round holes and the team has flourished because of that."
